Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the water park and other attractions. The room had a bunk bed for the kids and a towel rack. The staff provided a well-organized check-in and check-out process. The water park had a lazy river and plenty of seating.

The hotel room was outdated with lumpy pillows and a poorly working AC unit.

We loved everything of our stay there. Walking distance to Public Hospital Museum. Decent place for a trip in Williamsburg.

We got great value for our money with nicely sized suites that were perfect for our family. The location was convenient and my kids loved the water park. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. There were plenty of activities to keep kids of all ages entertained, making it a safe and enjoyable environment. And Dunkin on-site was a bonus!

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement.

I recently stayed at Great Wolf Lodge and had a fantastic time with my family. The overall family-friendly vibe was very nice, catering to both little ones and teens. The holiday decor during Christmas time added a magical feeling to our stay, with the kids loving the snow and the festive atmosphere. Despite a few minor issues, like a broken lock on the bathroom handle and some worn-out furniture, the room had plenty of space for our family and the beds were comfortable. The waterpark was really fun, and we enjoyed the outdoor bar for its better-priced food. I would highly recommend this hotel for a fun-filled family getaway.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The holiday decor created a magical atmosphere, especially with the "snow" for the kids. The water park was a big hit, and we loved the variety of attractions available. We made sure to get down to the water park around 10am to beat the crowds. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed. The service was friendly and accommodating, and they even gave us a free dinner when we had a minor issue with our room. it was a fantastic experience.

The sofa sleeper in our room was a bit uncomfortable, but it didn't dampen our overall enjoyment.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff were friendly and cute, both inside and outside of the water park. The location was convenient, with a Walmart and shopping centers nearby if we needed to stock up on food and drinks. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, and there was so much to do here. We took advantage of the meal passes, definitely worth it. The water park was so much fun, and the arcade, bowling alley, theater, candy shop. we had a fantastic experience and can't wait to come back!
